-Textbooks and Campus Mailroom: Textbooks are made available to students within a maximum of 1.5 days after being received.
-URGC will submit a proposal for service on it to be viewed as a Highly Valued activity
-Phi Beta Kappa report: considerations from outside consultant and Provost staff include: activity of PBK faculty, diversity, faculty salaries, adjunct usage, faculty research support, foreign language curriculum, study abroad, Honors program, undergrad research, faculty governance, campus bookstore, library resources, grad school placement, intellectual climate
-Departmental Liaison Reports: reviewed concerns brought to liaisons, new issues include: institutional profile and 6 year plan; evaluation and pay structure; staffing and scheduling; curriculum concerns; Phi Beta Kappa - bookstore and semester long study abroad; Admin support and paper trails; CHECS
-Revised Faculty Development Grant forms passed
-The following issues were discussed again: Annual Reviews, 5 year strategic plans from departments, departmental EVAL-4s; Lecture Rank Stream proposal
-Senate is aware it does not currently have representation of lecturers
