- Report that President Trible has submitted three proposals to Faculty Senate

- Report that several members of the Ad hoc Committee want to know current status of this committee
- Board of Visitors Liaisons had no reports

V. Old Business
- Report that work on a Faculty Senate webpage is in progress
- Suggestion to leave six items on the table
- Establishment of an Ad hoc Committee

VI. New Business
- Note that the faculty should elect a representative to replace Doug Gordon
- Election of new Vice President of Faculty Senate is necessary
- Discussion on the recommendation to revise Faculty-Student Relationships Policy
- Discussion on the decision to reorganize CNU and appointment of Deans without faculty consultation
- Monthly meeting schedule inadequate for short deadlines frequently requested by CNU Administration
- Suggestion of agenda for next meeting
