Dear Faculty Colleagues,
I am pleased to welcome Ms. Amanda “Mandi” Work, Coordinator of Study Abroad and International Programs, to our campus. Mandi earned her BA with a Business Administration Major and an English Writing Minor at Baldwin-Wallace College, a liberal arts institution in Ohio. She earned her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel, with a Certificate in the Internationalization of Higher Education, from Kent State. She comes to us from the University of Georgia, where she served as a Study Abroad Advisor for three years and received the “Global Excellence Award” in 2009. Mandi has studied abroad herself in Taiwan, Italy, Iceland, England, and Australia. She is eager to share her experiences and knowledge with our students, and to support faculty members who plan to lead a study abroad experience. Her office is located in McMurran Hall, Room 108 – please stop by and welcome her to the CNU community the next time you find yourself in McMurran.
