Letter advises that bids have to be cancelled on the audio system for the Smith Library at Christopher Newport College due to the 30 day time limit having run out; it is recommended that a new requisition be submitted with revised specifications to allow for competition among the vendors.

Attached to letter is a copy of Frank B. Edgcombe's July 24, 1979, letter recommending rejection of the low bid on the audio system submitted by U. S. Recording Company.
